Apple iOS & Android Approval
App ships globally on both stores once Apple and Google sign off — the standard mandatory review every consumer app goes through. While we wait on the paperwork, we don't. The team is heads-down on the build, locking in launch-port merchant partners, and stress-testing the booking and commission engine so day-one users hit a polished app, not a half-cooked launch.
The Pre-Seed Stage
We're raising our pre-seed through July 4, 2026 — the day our NFT Mint Party doubles as the public reveal. From our Miami base, we're signing local merchants at every launch port, recruiting the first wave of travel creators, and building this with the Founders community in the room rather than after the fact. Every development, every milestone, every partner — we'll share it openly as we move toward going public as a Delaware C-Corp.
The Seed Round
Once we've shown the early traction every consumer-travel app needs — retention above 40%, weekly active growth, real bookings volume — we go raise a seed round of $2M–$5M from a named consumer-travel VC. The check accelerates merchant network expansion, brings in the team to scale partner deals, and ships the next feature wave Founders helped shape. From here, Portability stops being a Founder-funded project and becomes a venture-backed company — with the original 500 Founders along for every step.
Series A — Growth Capital
At $1M+ in annualized revenue with proven unit economics, we target a Series A of $10M–$25M led by a top-tier travel or marketplace investor. Capital funds international port expansion — London, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo — strategic partnerships with airlines, lounges, and cruise lines, and the next major feature wave. Every port, every partner, every Founder referral drives the flywheel. By this stage the Founders network is a real distribution channel of its own.
The Path to Public — Delaware C-Corp
As Portability scales through Series B and beyond, we prepare for the public-markets path. Audited financials, S-1 preparation, and a target IPO on NYSE or NASDAQ become the long-term horizon. Along the way: deeper enterprise partnerships, a global merchant network, and a brand built with special thanks to our Founding members.

When does the app launch?
iOS is in App Store review. Android closed testing is in progress. Public launch planned within 30 days of approval. Your founding membership activates immediately on purchase and your Founder number is reserved from that moment forward.
Is the $100 / $500 charge one-time or recurring?
One-time. Single charge, lifetime access. There's no subscription, no annual renewal, no hidden fee. You pay once and you're a Founder forever — that's the entire point of the offer.
What tier do I get? How does Portability normally work?
Portability normally runs on three subscription tiers: a free Visitor tier (basic discovery, limited features), an Insider tier (paid monthly — full booking, member rates, deals), and a Creator tier (paid monthly — Insider plus livestream, content monetization, and the full creator toolkit). Both Founder ($100) and Founding Plus ($500) lock you into the top Creator tier for life from day one — same access, same features. After the 500 Founder spots are claimed, the only way into Creator tier is the standard monthly subscription.
What happens after I pay?
Immediately: instant Stripe receipt + a confirmation email with your reserved Founder number. At public launch: the app activates against your email; if you're Founding Plus, your numbered NFT mints either to your XRP Ledger wallet (if you've connected one) or to a custodial wallet we hold for you until you're ready to claim it. No additional action required on your end to lock in your Founder status.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card processing is handled by Stripe — the same payment processor used by Amazon, Google, Shopify, and Lyft. Portability never sees or stores your card data. Your payment information is encrypted and protected by Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
What rights does the Founding NFT actually grant?
Each Founding Plus NFT carries permanent, on-chain proof of the following rights: lifetime app access at the Creator tier, zero subscription fees forever, zero booking and transaction fees inside the app, Creator features (livestream, content monetization), 10% commission on every booking your referrals make for life, quarterly founder calls, direct founder access, and a physical mailed Founders Kit. Every right transfers with the NFT — if you sell or gift it, all rights transfer to the new holder. No subscription, no renewal, no exception.
Can I sell or gift my Founding NFT later?
Yes. The Founding NFT is freely transferable on the XRP Ledger. When you transfer it, every right listed in this offer transfers with it to the new holder, on-chain and automatically. Secondary market sales are entirely at your discretion.
Refund policy?
All Founder and Founding Plus purchases are final — no refunds. The lifetime price reflects permanent, non-refundable Founding status; once your spot is claimed, it's yours forever and counts against the 500-spot cap.
